Great Product

The Hoop station is great. However, customers should be informed that some orders can be shipped separately so there is no confusion.

Nice but missing items

Received my hooping station and only 2 of the 6 included items were in the box. Customer service says that everything is coming in a second delivery but that delivery only shows two separate frames that I ordered and not the 4 missing pieces. We’ll see whenever that arrives but I feel all components for the hooping station should arrive together, especially the main pieces.

Great product!

Used it the moment I had it. Super quick and precise for hooping garments and even winter hats. Worked really well and didn’t leave any hoop burn either.

Great product

I can't complain about the quality of the hoop or the hoop station. Just need to add the hoops to my machine now.
